This equipment beautifully displays the wines that are available for the consumer to “self-serve” a one ounce splash of wine with a pre-paid plastic card. It allows the wine lover to try many different wines before selecting a glass or bottle for which to sit and sip or to take home. The wine selections will change on a regular basis so that there are new discoveries awaiting you at each visit. Splash also boasts an interesting and affordable tasting menu to accommodate your wine and invite an array of pairings. The menu changes regularly to focus on fresh and seasonal ingredients.
